65: time to hit the road

Sat Feb 1. Picked Leslie’s new glasses up on Portobello Road & went on to Kew Gardens.

The road - several blocks of stalls presumably set up for the weekend. Much fun! (Ursula!)

Princess Augusta, mother of King George III, created a botanical garden in 1759. It’s grown & is now a research institution, the most biodiverse place on earth, a UNESCO site.
